Delivery policy (estimated duration for customer to receive the product)

Customers are to leave the correct address in the Billing and Delivery address columns respectively. Vitalz will not be held responsible for any hiccups in the delivery caused by wrongful declaration of the delivery address by the customer.

Viatlz  will not amend nor combine orders which were paid for separately. Please double check your order details before confirming the order. All orders are processed and despatched out within 2 to 5 working days after verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, from Monday to Friday. This excludes weekends and public holidays (Malaysia). Once you have obtained the Despatch Confirmation via email or WhatsApp, your order(s) will then be under the responsibility of a 3rd party courier service provider. Vitalz  will not be accountable for missing parcels thereafter. Claims of missing consignment will have to be made directly through our 3rd party courier service provider. On the other hand, our team at Viatlz   will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensatory claims (if any). Customers will be able to track their orders using the tracking number provided to you via https://www.jtexpress.my unless specific in whatApp or email. Do note that there may be a one day delay in delivery statuses projected online.
